See Nuremberg from the driver's seat
Most visitors see Nuremberg on foot, from a tour bus or from the little tourist train. With us, you sit behind the wheel yourself. You drive a small, open hot rod, just a hand's width above the road, and follow one of our guides in a small convoy. The guide knows the route, sets the pace and keeps the group together.
Whether you are in town for a few days of sightseeing, for a trade fair at the Nuremberg exhibition centre or for a business meeting, a hot rod tour is a way to experience the city and the surrounding countryside that you will not forget. You do not need any experience with hot rods. Before every tour you get a full briefing on the vehicle.

The vehicle and safety
We drive Wenckstern hot rods: 170 cc engine, 13.6 hp, automatic transmission, top speed up to 88 km/h. They have no ABS, no seat belt, no airbag and no roof. You brake with your left foot and the steering is very direct, which is why there is always a briefing and always a guide in front. We drive on public roads, never on the motorway.
Phones are not allowed while driving. Our team takes photos and videos during the tour and shares them with you free of charge. Basic third party liability insurance is included. In case of damage you cause, there is an excess of 1,500 € per incident, which can be reduced to 500 € for an additional fee.
Tours in English
Ask us about tours in English when you send your enquiry. Tell us the language of your group, especially for trade fair guests and international teams. If it rains heavily, tours do not take place. We will let you know in time and either move the tour or give you a voucher for the amount already paid. Contact: servus@seifenkistla.de, phone +49 911 144 055 34 or mobile +49 176 843 13 202.
